The implementation plan includes an overview, Future Ready Skills covered, the final deliverable and lesson descriptions.
Learners will be introduced to the food and beverage industry, entrepreneurship with a social mission and learn about the final pitch each team in the class will deliver.
Learners will practice their market research and communication skills while studying the market and conducting an informational interview.
Learners will work with their company teams and be introduced to "Do Good" entrepreneurship and identify a social cause for their beverage company.
Learners will explore career opportunities in the Food and Beverage industry.
Liquids day is an exciting opportunity for groups to innovate their drink after having thoughtfully considered their target consumer.
Learners will understand what a target consumer is and why it is important. Learners will design a target audience profile for their new beverage.
Teams will collaborate to further develop their brand as they identify the name of their new drink and create the artwork for their can.
Teams will learn about different types of sales and how to develop a sales strategy for their new beverage company. They will also have opportunities to practice public presentations for their final pitch.
Teams will learn about how companies determine pricing and use promotional tactics to grow sales.
Teams work collaboratively to refine their final pitch to industry professionals for feedback.
Teams will integrate all of the knowledge gained during this entrepreneurship simulator into the final pitch.
