Strategic Actions:
1. Develop a WBL plan focusing on 9th and 10th grades with advisory board support and participation.
2. Incorporate opportunities for students to explore career interests, develop skills, and build professional networks.
3. Identify the process the academy will use to evaluate WBL impact.
4. Determine if the academy will have a WBL coordinator.
5. Define how stakeholders are involved in WBL activities.
6. Determine how academy students provide feedback on WBL activities.
7. Review NAF's Outcomes Driven Work-based Learning (ODWBL) approach.
